USB keyboards and mice

A USB keyboard and a USB mouse work on formeo alongside the internal keyboard and the TrackPoint. The runtime's own xHCI driver puts them into the HID boot protocol and polls each every 4 ms: the keyboard's keys join the internal keyboard's, the mouse's motion and buttons join the TrackPoint's, and Genera sees the buttons of all pointing devices together. They attach when the runtime takes over and when plugged in later, and Genera's hardware view lists them as input/keyboard/N and input/pointer/N. Verified by hand on formeo; devices that speak only the HID report protocol are open.
