Milestone: Genera runs on the runtime's own drivers

Once Genera's world is loaded, the runtime ends the firmware's boot services and runs the machine itself: its own memory allocator, timer and watchdog, its own USB drivers for the disk and the Ethernet adapter, and its own keyboard and pointer driver. It starts the emulator's processor itself, and it turns the DMA back on that the firmware switches off on the Thunderbolt side as it leaves. In a fifteen-minute run Genera answered TELNET, saved a 147 MB world in two seconds, and took keyboard and TrackPoint input; at the end the runtime reset the machine on its own.

The system with the firmware's boot services ended, and the disk after a Save World through the runtime's own driver: 2403 writes, 147.8 MB.

Both USB controllers, the Ethernet adapter's traffic on the runtime's CDC-ECM driver, and the keyboard and pointer, all on the runtime's drivers.
