DHCP and the power button, in QEMU

An interface given as INTERNET|dhcp in VLM.conf gets Genera's address from the runtime's DHCP client before Genera starts, along with the lease's router and name server, and a runtime thread renews the lease. In QEMU Genera leased its address, answered TELNET on it, resolved www.vaxbusters.org through the leased name server and fetched an HTTP reply from one.one.one.one through the leased router. A lease and its renewal on formeo are open: formeo's cable goes to a Mac that runs no DHCP server.

The runtime puts the machine into ACPI mode and passes the fixed power-button event to Genera, which halts. In QEMU the power button halted Genera and the machine powered off. On formeo ACPI mode comes on cleanly; the button itself is still to be pressed there.
